Technical Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead and manage medium-to-large cross-functional programs across engineering, supply chain, quality, procurement, and manufacturing; own end-to-end project management including scope definition, planning, scheduling, governance, dependency management, risk and issue management, and successful delivery. Drive lifecycle sustainability and risk-mitigation to ensure continuity of supply, product availability, and compliance. Develop and maintain program structures (WBS, RACI, milestones, effort estimation, resource planning). Ensure delivery against critical KPIs related to quality, cost, productivity, delivery, and long-term assurance of supply. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to establish technical requirements and conduct feasibility/risk evaluations. Lead cross-functional reviews with internal and external stakeholders, manage scope changes, and drive corrective actions. Ensure adherence to corporate, quality, and regulatory requirements with governance/documentation. Promote continuous improvement by leveraging best practices and lessons learned. You’re the right fit if you have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a technical discipline, 8+ years in high-tech or regulated environments, and strong program-management capabilities; PMP certification is preferred. We emphasize in-person collaboration for office roles (3 days per week) in our Pune, India location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline
- Master’s degree in project management preferred
- 8+ years of experience in a high-tech or regulated industry with program or project management
- PMP certification preferred
- Strong experience in cross-functional program management across engineering, supply chain, quality, procurement, and manufacturing
- Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheets, Power BI or equivalents
- Exposure to regulated environments (e.g., medical devices, healthcare) is a strong advantage
