Job Summary
Own assigned projects end to end, from intake and planning through execution, release, and follow-ups. Define clear plans, milestones, owners, and acceptance criteria while driving issues to closure by coordinating investigations, fixes, and validation. Lead incident and bug triage to assess urgency, partner with leadership to confirm priorities, and ensure fixes are validated and released. Coordinate API workstreams, including bugs, client issues, and enhancements, ensuring proper context and documentation are tracked. Align Engineering, Ops, QA, and Leadership teams around timelines, run standups to keep work moving, and manage dependencies to prevent rework. Continuously improve processes using ClickUp, Confluence, and Slack to make execution predictable and transparent. Serve as the primary communication point for initiatives, sharing concise updates on status, next steps, and blockers.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Engineering Coordination, or a similar role
- Strong experience using ClickUp or comparable project management tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and dependencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with developers and following technical discussions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong at follow-through
- Experience working in a remote, fast-paced, and asynchronous environment
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, and backend systems
