Job Summary
Technical Project Manager for pharmaceutical projects in Stockholm. Partner with the Project Manager to define technical direction and deliver compliant, integrated solutions; own the technical plan, assess design partners, lead lean practices, and ensure timely delivery of technical outputs; build and lead high-performing teams; manage stakeholder relationships and adapt communication to maintain alignment; apply manufacturing processes and technical standards throughout project execution. Requires Master’s or Bachelor’s in Science (or equivalent), 7–10 years delivering major capital projects (>USD 5M), 3+ years pharma experience, and strong Lean, scheduling, and stakeholder-management skills. Flexible remote work/hours are supported. Background checks may be conducted; work permit for Sweden is required.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science (or equivalent)
- 7–10 years’ experience delivering major capital projects (>USD 5 million) and leading teams of 5–20 people
- At least 3 years of experience working in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven ability to implement lean principles, schedule technical deliverables, and drive on time results
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
