Job Summary
Oversee operational aspects of ongoing projects for a next-generation satellite terminal on a mission-critical Space and Intelligence Program. Serve as the liaison between project management, planning, the project team, and line management while reviewing status, budgets, and schedules. Manage major subcontracts exceeding $30M, coordinate between contracts, procurement, and security to address site requirements, and operate independently to solve complex, multi-stakeholder issues. Prepare weekly briefings for program management and customers, track dozens of active sub-tier subcontractors, and ensure remote personnel functions meet health and safety constraints. Requires twelve years of experience, a TS/SCI clearance, and proficiency with tools like Jira and Microsoft Project.
