Technical Project Manager

Job Summary
Oversee 5 small-to-medium cross-disciplinary pharmaceutical projects per year from inception through delivery, including defining scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements; lead project teams and coordinate capital and expense investments (5–10 million EUR annually) related to pharmaceutical equipment renewal, building modifications, HVAC and utilities; ensure execution in compliance with Organon quality and safety standards, arrange facilities for project execution, develop conceptual designs and feasibility studies, obtain investment approvals, and coordinate commissioning, start-up, qualification, as-built documentation, maintenance deliverables, and operator training; collaborate with stakeholders across Production, Safety Health & Environmental, Quality, Finance, Maintenance, and Procurement; requires Bachelor’s in a technical field and at least 4 years of industrial implementation experience, strong communication skills, ability to inspire teams, self-starter attitude, and proficiency in Dutch and English, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (polytechnic or academic) in a technical field or equivalent through experience
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience with industrial implementation projects
- Experience with architectural and pharmaceutical equipment projects, and with the actual installation of technical systems
- Communication skills, able to inspire and energize your project team
- Dutch and English proficiency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
