Job Summary
Technical Project Manager to lead day-to-day activities of large-scale development projects spanning multiple sites and diverse hardware and software technologies, including initiatives aligned with defense applications. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, developing comprehensive project plans (scope, schedule, cost, risk, resources, stakeholders, change management, quality), proactively identifying interdependencies and risks, maintaining updated plans in project tools, and ensuring handovers between engineering and operations. Ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly organized, with strong communication abilities and proven leadership to drive accountability and reliable outcomes in a structured environment, while collaborating with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering or related discipline
- 5-8 years of experience in management and/or product development
- Experience with hardware and software product design or management
- Experience with wireless products, ideally cellular, and exposure to mission-critical or defense-related applications (asset)
- Strong leadership and change management skills
- Very good communication skills in French and English (read, spoken, written)
- Very organized and detail oriented
