Job Summary
Own the connective layer between sales, engineering, delivery, and customers to ensure seamless handoffs from deal closure to delivery kickoff; build repeatable processes turning signed deals into clear engineering briefs; prevent context loss and ensure engineers have what they need to start; manage cross-team coordination to remove blockers and clarify responsibilities; keep customers and stakeholders informed with proactive updates and a clear relationship between promise and delivery; uphold delivery cadence and accountability across teams and with the Implementation Manager; influence product direction through customer signals and planning input; thrives in a start-up or scale-up environment with fast-moving, multi-team dynamics; this role is hybrid with a London office base and flexible delivery-focused work.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in cross-functional roles between commercial and technical teams
- Delivery track record with multi-team workstreams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Facility with building repeatable processes in fast-moving environments
- Start-up or consultancy exposure preferred
- Familiarity with project and collaboration tools; Linear, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace a plus
- Experience in software/SaaS/AI environments preferred
