Job Summary
Lead development, integration, and demonstration of advanced communications and networking technologies for DoD platforms; manage budget, schedule, and scope; serve as primary interface between customers, internal engineering teams, and leadership; engage with operators to understand needs from end-user perspective; ensure system development environment aligns with DoD security requirements; drive risk management, process improvement, and strategic growth initiatives; support proposals and technical planning; apply Agile or hybrid PM methods in hardware/software development.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- Current US SECRET Clearance, or ability to get clearance
- 7 – 10 years of experience in technical or engineering environments, including 2–5 years of direct project management responsibility
- Technical foundation — degree in engineering, systems management, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Excellent organizational, communication, presenting, and decision-making skills
- Adaptable to startup environments, comfortable building structure where needed
