Job Summary
Technical Project Manager at MERGE bridging development teams and clients to deliver multi-program digital marketing technology projects. Own lifecycle, allocate resources, forecast budgets and burn rates, and mitigate risks while enforcing agile agency processes and QA collaboration to ensure on-time delivery of sophisticated technical solutions. Responsibilities include managing scope, setting client expectations, tracking progress, coordinating cross-functional teams, communicating outputs to clients and internal teams, and driving continuous improvement. Required skills include Marketo and Workfront, plus experience with Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence; familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; MCA and AEM are bonus. Remote-ready posting with multiple US office locations.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in managing small to medium-sized marketing operations and work management projects
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo and Workfront
- Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence
- Experience leading external client-facing technical projects from scope to delivery
- Prior experience working in marketing/advertising agency operations environment
- Knowledge of the Marketo project life cycle (migration, integration)
- Strong project management skills including budgets, schedules, and resource management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
