Job Summary
Coordinate technical work packages across space, ground, network, operations, and user segments while maintaining the technical baseline. Align requirements, architecture, and interfaces; manage milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; and track technical risks and changes. Facilitate technical reviews and decisions; support verification, documentation, and acceptance testing. Manage internal departments, segment teams, and external partners. Work on a complex end-to-end satellite communications program in Bremen, Germany.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or scientific field
- Several years of experience in technical project management or systems engineering
- Experience with complex, interdisciplinary technical systems
- Knowledge of requirements engineering, system architecture, or interface management
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Very good command of German and English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in satellite communications, aerospace, or defense
- Understanding of end-to-end system architectures
- Experience in configuration, change, or verification management
