Job Summary
Plan and execute the full project and product lifecycle from definition to closeout using iterative and waterfall methodologies, managing risk, resources, and scope while communicating across organizational boundaries. Review code for improvements, assess customer requirements to identify dependencies, and develop responsive project plans. Interact directly with customer product owners, managers, and users, and work with the security team to ensure application security. Develop performance planning and assessments for direct reports. Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT management, 10+ years of experience leading technical teams, and a PMP or equivalent certification. Public Trust clearance is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in information systems, business systems, management information systems, IT management, and/or other IT degrees
- 10+ years of experience leading diverse technical teams, while serving as the primary point of contact for all technical matters
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project or program management certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
