Job Summary
Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software projects by serving as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. Own the software development lifecycle, ensuring Agile best practices are followed through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and demos. Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and resolve conflicts proactively while overseeing task breakdowns, sprint tracking, effort estimations, and timelines. Collaborate with developers and architects to align technical design with business objectives, monitoring progress using JIRA or equivalent Agile tools. Ensure integration of DevOps practices, testing strategies, and release management. Requires 8–12 years of experience, including prior software development and Scrum Master roles, with mandatory Agile certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8–12 years of experience, with at least 4 years in a project management or Scrum Master role, and prior experience as a software developer
- Strong command over at least one programming language or framework (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Deep understanding of system architecture, APIs, and development pipelines
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification is mandatory
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps
- Strong stakeholder communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills
