Job Summary
Lead end-to-end IT operations and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational readiness; embed ITIL Service Transition across the project lifecycle; drive collaboration across Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Service Management; govern change and release activities with CAB involvement; ensure go-live readiness with complete documentation, knowledge articles, runbooks, and support models; proactively manage risks and dependencies to minimize disruption; champion continuous improvement in project delivery and service management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields, or equivalent experience
- ITIL v3 or ITIL v4, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or equivalent certification is a plus
- More than 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT Infrastructure and Operations implementing ITIL frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum teams, especially in environments transitioning from traditional methodologies
- Experience with working in high-growth environments
- Exposure to digital marketing, analytics, and digital experience optimization
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento/Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Monday.com)
- Strong planning, estimation, and dependency management
- Effective stakeholder management and communication
- Problem-solving mindset, risk mitigation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven KPI tracking, reporting, and performance management
- Collaborative, team-oriented leadership style
