Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end redesign and modernization of the corporate website, overseeing the implementation of a new open-source Content Management System. Manage projects involving the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications within the organization's private cloud environment, utilizing container orchestration and platforms like AWS and Huawei Cloud. Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements for public market communications while maintaining operational reliability, uptime, and content accuracy. Partner closely with architecture, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in technology project management
- Proven experience leading complex, technical initiatives in enterprise or regulated environments
- Strong understanding of web technologies, CMS frameworks, and cloud-native systems
- Background in financial services or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with local regulatory standards
- AWS certification (or equivalent)
Desired Qualifications
- Open-source CMS experience (e.g., Strapi)
- Experience with private cloud environments
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Experience with Huawei Cloud
