Job Summary
Technical Project Manager - Integrations will lead complex integration projects across business, engineering, and IT teams. You will be the SPOC for the Integrations workstream, gather requirements, prepare kick-off and planning documentation, create technical design documents with high-level architecture and detailed workflows, design, develop, and test API collections with Postman, translate requirements into actionable tasks with clear dependencies and timelines, build and configure data connectors, write Groovy scripts to enhance adapters, perform end-to-end unit testing, participate in UAT with the customer, provide L1 support analysis of API logs, collaborate with product teams to feed field learnings into the product, and ensure timely delivery with thorough handover documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors / master's degree in engineering / related field or its equivalent
- 5+ years of technical Project management experience
- 3+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
- Basic understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, and integration concepts
- Familiarity with VPN setup, SSL/HTTPS configurations, and certificate management
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Shell or Groovy
- Understanding of networking concepts, including OSI layers
- Experience with MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kibana, and SQL databases
- Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman
