Job Summary
Lead and oversee end-to-end execution of complex technical projects, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets while identifying risks, issues, and dependencies to implement mitigation strategies. Build and manage cross-functional teams, monitor progress against key performance indicators, and report status to senior leadership. Drive communication across departments and vendors, foster continuous improvement, and mentor junior project managers. Ensure compliance with standards and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Requires 10-15 years of corporate project management experience, PMP certification, and strong technical background in software development and infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- 10-15 years of project management experience in corporate set up
- Proven track record in leading/managing IT teams with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong technical background with a good understanding of software development, infrastructure, and technology trends
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholders, including executives, technical teams, and external partners
- BE/BTech/MBA/MTech in Information Technology or equivalent qualification
Desired Qualifications
- Additional certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CSPO), or relevant technical certifications can be beneficial
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable
