Job Summary
Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team technical programs, orchestrating Agile ceremonies, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across engineering, product, design, and data science squads. Manage program milestones and success metrics to ensure on-scope, on-time launches with high transparency.

- Proven track record of successfully guiding complex, multi-team programs with interdependencies from initiation to global launch
- Deep command of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with the practical ability to adapt frameworks to fit squad-specific maturity and organizational contexts
- Advanced hands-on experience utilizing Jira (roadmaps, cross-team boards, reporting) and Confluence to manage complex documentation
- Ability to understand technical architectures, API integrations, and system infrastructure well enough to engage credibly with staff engineers and architects
- Demonstrated experience using AI productivity tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate personal output, draft communications, or synthesize technical data
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of translating complex technical states into concise, clear updates for executive stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent professional project management credentials
- Familiarity with LLM-based product workflows, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or model fine-tuning processes
- Prior experience navigating a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS platform or multi-sided marketplace business model
- High-level understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and microservices
- Experience helping to build or mature a TPM function, project management office, or shared delivery playbook from the ground up
