Job Summary
Lead Technical Program Manager responsible for delivering complex technology projects within Neovest, driving on-time delivery through comprehensive project plans, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and business stakeholders. Mentor junior team members, contribute to PMO/Agile best practices, and promote data-driven optimizations while managing resources and budgets across multiple Agile Scrum teams to align technology initiatives with business goals.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
- Advanced experience applying Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) to execution and delivery
- Proven ability to own and drive delivery for multiple Agile Scrum teams
- Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down objectives into tasks
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Ability to quickly react to change in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
