Job Summary
Lead complex technology projects and programs in JPMorgan Chase's Commercial and Investment Bank Digital and Design team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software development, QA, and business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals. Apply technical fluency to evaluate technologies, manage dependencies, and optimize resources; drive governance, risk and issue management, and timely execution planning. Facilitate meetings, publish status updates and minutes, and maintain stakeholder communications and a project stakeholder plan. Requires SAFe SSM, PSM I/II certifications and strong experience with JIRA & Confluence, plus familiarity with Tableau/Power BI and Payments technology.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects or programs
- Certifications in Agile methodologies (SAFe SSM, PSM I, PSM II)
- Proficiency with JIRA & Confluence for Agile/Scrum project tracking
- Experience with software development best practices and cross-functional collaboration across teams
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive outcomes across a large organization
