Job Summary
Technical Project Manager II to lead and coordinate technical enhancement and support initiatives for web applications, integration interfaces, and enterprise systems. Responsibilities include serving as Scrum Master for software development teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, grooming, retrospectives, iteration planning, demos), gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements, analyzing and troubleshooting defects, tracking team velocity and sprint progress, and acting as liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role also involves mentoring staff and contractors, maintaining process documentation, and collaborating with the Enterprise PMO to optimize sprint processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Business, or closely related field
- At least 4 years working in an Agile environment as a project manager or scrum master
- An additional 3 years of related work experience in a business environment
- Proven experience planning and implementing large projects with strong organizational and group facilitation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical ability to understand technical systems, process flows, and collaborate to find solutions
- Experience with web applications and cloud services
- Knowledge of API integrations and data migrations
- Understanding of the software development life cycle
