Job Summary
Technical Project Manager II in Market Data Services coordinates end-to-end technology and data delivery initiatives across the firm, collaborating with product, engineering, operations, and vendor teams to track milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely, high-quality platform improvements. Responsible for Agile ceremonies, backlog management, onboarding of market data feeds and integrations, delivery artifacts and dashboards, governance and risk frameworks, platform stability and performance, UAT coordination, deployment readiness, and cross-functional communication to leadership. Applies Agile delivery practices and explores AI-driven tooling to improve efficiency and outcomes; supports budgeting, infrastructure planning, and Big Room Planning to align resources with delivery objectives; collaborates with global teams to drive secure, scalable, and resilient market data platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 2+ years applied experience.
- Experience in product or technology delivery, project coordination, or similar roles within complex, cross-functional environments.
- Hands-on familiarity with Agile delivery tools and practices (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), and software delivery lifecycle fundamentals.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication with the ability to synthesize status, risks, and decisions for stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project) for planning, reporting, and status updates.
- Awareness of AI and emerging technologies with interest in adopting AI-driven tools and practices to improve delivery and operational efficiency.
- Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and with diverse stakeholder groups.
