Job Summary

Manage assigned business operations, R&D programs, and facility planning initiatives from initiation through execution. Define project objectives, schedules, and milestones while partnering with technical teams to develop plans, identify dependencies, and address execution challenges. Monitor strategic initiative goals, facilitate cross-functional alignment, and drive adoption of risk management best practices to mitigate operational risks. Collaborate with the Information Security organization to strengthen confidential information management and leverage data-driven insights to enhance decision-making. Build strong relationships with technical teams and leadership to ensure projects achieve defined objectives on schedule.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, program management, business operations, or process improvement environments

Desired Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management credential
  • Experience working in R&D, technology, semiconductor, or engineering-focused organizations
  • Knowledge of advanced semiconductor technologies and development environments
  • Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change
  • Strong project and program management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with project management and collaboration platforms such as MONDAY.com, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical, data management, and reporting skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple high-priority initiatives
  • Global mindset with experience working across diverse teams and cultures
  • Innovative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Strong customer-service orientation with a commitment to operational excellence and delivery
