Job Summary
Own end-to-end coordination of complex customer deployments from kickoff through launch, managing timelines, dependencies, and risk while removing blockers across engineering, product, and account teams. Partner with customer executives and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into clear execution plans, configure telephony systems, and validate agent workflows for successful launches. Build scalable deployment frameworks and documentation to improve delivery speed and quality as customer volume grows. Work onsite in Austin, Texas with a base salary of $100K–$170K plus equity.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in technical project management, technical program management, solutions delivery, or enterprise implementations
- Experience managing complex B2B SaaS deployments involving multiple technical stakeholders and dependencies
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive timelines, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills with experience partnering directly with customers and executive stakeholders
- Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and software systems
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver customer-facing solutions
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to work onsite in Austin, Texas
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare technology, AI products, SaaS platforms, or integration-heavy software
- Experience with telephony systems, voice platforms, EHR integrations, workflow automation, or enterprise software deployments
- PMP certification or formal project management training
- Experience using Linear, Jira, or similar project management tools
- Experience managing enterprise customers with complex technical requirements
