Job Summary
Translate business requirements into PEGA Decisioning solutions and test changes to decisioning logic across IT and development teams. Interpret marketing offer strategy and translate it into decisioning logic using PEGA CDH; manage end-to-end project scope, deliverables, and stakeholder communication. Maintain documentation on PEGA Decisioning changes, create and execute test cases for UAT and regression, and produce PowerPoint materials to explain project changes. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Finance, and IT; ensure quality through testing and validation of decisioning logic across CRM systems (Oracle, Salesforce, Clarify) and analytics tools. Travel up to 5% and operate in a remote/hybrid capacity within the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or other technical area
