Job Summary
Lead end-to-end project delivery with a focus on governance and Agile practices, defining scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Create and maintain detailed project plans using Microsoft Project and Advanced Roadmaps, while tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, utilizing JIRA and Confluence for task tracking and team collaboration. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership, and drive project planning, requirements gathering, and technical design reviews. Collaborate with solution architects, cloud engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in Agile environments
- Strong understanding of project governance frameworks
- Proficiency in JIRA, Advanced Roadmaps, and Confluence
- Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in project management, stakeholder management, and relationship management
- Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent client communication, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and interpret business and operational data
- Experience managing teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and decision-making capabilities
