Job Summary
Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams through the development, integration, certification, and deployment of advanced avionics systems; drive technical execution from proposal and planning through production transition; develop project plans, technical proposals, statements of work, and execution strategies; proactively identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and drive timely decisions; influence technical direction and ensure compliance with applicable company, customer, and regulatory requirements; foster collaboration and execution excellence across teams; onsite in Duluth, GA as a full-time role with a 9/80 schedule. Requires a Bachelor's degree and a strong track record of engineering development and project leadership, with aerospace/aviation experience highly desirable. Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, and related tools, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Software, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Project Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of engineering development experience
- Minimum 3 years of engineering project leadership experience
- Aerospace, aviation, or avionics experience is highly desirable
