Technical Project Manager Energy Generation (f/m/d)

Lead and manage the successful delivery of large-scale on-site energy generation projects, including planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up. Act as the primary technical project interface between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders in DBOO projects. Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage interfaces with project development, commercial, procurement, and legal functions. Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and change control processes. Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, environmental requirements, and HSE policies. Review and approve technical specifications, engineering deliverables, and contractor documentation through to handover to the team Operations & Maintenance. Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where necessary. Lead project meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder communications.
