Job Summary
Lead and coordinate technical work within cross-functional pods, ensuring alignment with project goals and customer needs. Oversee release management processes from planning through post-release monitoring while proactively identifying and resolving blockers. Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, and prepare project items for Requirements Review Board and Change Control Board approvals. Manage Jira tickets and stakeholder expectations, driving continuous improvement in data integration standards and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical project management
- Experience in a healthcare or technology environment
- Strong leadership abilities
- Track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
- Proficiency in using Jira for issue tracking, project management, and reporting
- Proficiency in using Confluence for documentation and collaboration
- Experience in managing software releases, including planning, execution, and post-release monitoring
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, HL7v2, HL7v3, flat files, FHIR)
- Understanding of API integrations, data exchange protocols, and connectivity methods (sftp, mft, VPN, HTTPS, etc.)
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Ability to express ideas clearly using both technical and business language, adaptable to various audiences
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems, bringing innovative solutions to high-impact issues
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to anticipate problems and take initiative to address them
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (a plus)
- Familiarity with healthcare information exchange concepts (preferred)
