Job Summary
Technical Project Manager role focused on leading cross-functional engineering teams to define requirements and drive end-to-end solution design for government-focused business applications. You will develop user stories, manage backlogs, and partner with Product Teams, customers, and external technology partners to deliver solutions using ServiceNow ITSM/ITBM, align with SDLC and Agile practices, and translate customer business needs into workable technical requirements. As an application subject matter expert, you will guide design and execution across the lifecycle to improve reliability and efficiency for enterprise clients, including government agencies, within a hybrid on-site arrangement in the Washington DC region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- U.S. DoD Secret Clearance or higher
- Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams
- Experience managing projects involving ServiceNow ITSM and/or ITBM applications
- Experience in designing and implementing business applications
- Experience in building and enhancing applications through the entire lifecycle (analyze, design, build, test, implement and support)
- Demonstrated proficiency in customer engagement where you have taken customer business requirements and decomposed them into workable technical requirements
- Ability to work on-site at cleared facilities in the Washington DC region on a hybrid basis at a minimum
