Technical Project Manager (Data Centers)

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end project management for software development and cybersecurity initiatives within Data Centers; facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, retrospectives, release planning); define roadmaps and milestones with software engineering and cybersecurity leaders; coordinate cybersecurity initiatives (vulnerability remediation, security tooling, compliance projects); manage cross-functional dependencies across software, cybersecurity, infrastructure, operations, and vendors; develop dashboards and metrics to track performance and risks; maintain detailed requirements, user stories, and documentation using Jira/Confluence; collaborate with Data Center leadership and other departments to remove obstacles and ensure delivery of critical initiatives; contribute to PMO processes and best practices; identify opportunities to improve efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–5 years of experience in technical project or program management, preferably supporting software development, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or Data Center technology teams
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery methodologies, and technical project execution
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Scrum/Agile practices
- Experience managing software development projects and collaborating with engineering teams
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts including vulnerability management and security controls
- Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Scrum Master certification is highly desirable
