Job Summary
Coordinate technical disciplines within the Bel Towers project by collaborating daily with site leadership, project management, design offices, suppliers, and subcontractors. Monitor planning, budget, quality, and safety while ensuring smooth technical alignment between all parties. Work closely with the BIM team to detect clashes and technical risks early, strictly tracking technical files, execution plans, and specifications. Anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions to drive successful project realization and delivery. This key role involves overseeing a four-year construction project in Brussels, offering a fixed full-time position with significant autonomy and initiative. Fluency in Dutch and sufficient French knowledge are required for professional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een rol als Technical Project Manager, Project Manager Technieken of gelijkaardige functie.
- Ervaring binnen grotere bouwprojecten (bij voorkeur in klasse 8) waar meerdere technische disciplines samenkomen.
- Een sterke technische achtergrond binnen HVAC, sanitair, elektriciteit of multitechnieken.
- Inzicht in BIM-processen en multidisciplinaire samenwerking.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om verschillende stakeholders rond één doel te verenigen.
- Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en voldoende kennis van het Frans om professioneel samen te werken.
- Bereidheid om maximaal vanuit de projectsite in Brussel te werken.
