Job Summary
Technical Project Manager responsible for leading end-to-end engineering initiatives within EV powertrain programs, coordinating across Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and Vendors to maintain schedules, budgets, and quality. Drives planning and scheduling using MS Project, manages cross-functional deliverables, drafts SOWs, oversees Product Development System compliance, and communicates program status through executive Gate Reviews and management updates. Combines automotive engineering knowledge, systems thinking, regulatory familiarity (FMVSS/EPA-CARB), and data-driven decision making to guide project execution from concept through production within a fast-paced R&D environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of technical project/program management experience, preferably in automotive or heavy manufacturing environments
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident
