Job Summary
Technical Project Manager oversees software implementation projects from requirements gathering through delivery, leading a portfolio of initiatives and coordinating business executives, technology teams, and vendors. Responsibilities include managing large software implementations (ERP, WMS, OMS, CRM, planning, POS, e-commerce), facilitating design and UAT, tracking scope, schedule, and budget, maintaining strong business relationships, and reporting progress to sponsors and stakeholders. Requires experience with multi-platform integrations, data transfers, and building project roadmaps with cross-team resourcing; strong presentation and communication skills; and a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or Management
- Experience with large software implementations – ERP, WMS, OMS, Planning, POS, E-Commerce Systems
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work cohesively within a team and/or effectively as an individual
- Experience with building project roadmap & resourcing across different team
- Experience with managing and implementing large scale application modernization projects like WMS, OMS, CRM, ERP
- Experience in retail and e-commerce industry
- Must be detail-oriented, self-organized, be committed to quality and be capable of tracking multiple issues simultaneously
