Job Summary
Organize teams in JIRA for releases, sprints, and ceremonies while owning the delivery calendar for squads. Facilitate end-to-end delivery from scoping through production roll-out, maintaining dashboards for velocity and surfacing risks early. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and drive process improvement using PDLC best practices. Build automated AI reporting tools scalable across stakeholders and assist with resourcing. Requires 6+ years in technical project management, Jira mastery, and fintech/blockchain experience. Based in Colorado with full benefits including equity and WFH stipends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in technical project management
- Experience in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency companies
- Mastery of Jira and the Atlassian product suite
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional software development projects
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams
- Strong understanding of simple and secure account linking and authentication infrastructure, including wallet integrations across custodial and non-custodial platforms, chain abstraction mechanisms, stablecoin funding integration, and the end-to-end lifecycle of account linking from user wallet selection through identity verification, account ownership validation, compliance confirmation, and secure asset transfer
