Job Summary
Technical Project Manager role focused on owning and optimizing the agile process end-to-end in a software-engineering context. You will manage a hybrid Sprint/Scrum and Kanban workflow, run planning, standups, retros, and refinements, protect maker time, and drive commitments to completion. You’ll align engineering execution with product priorities in Linear, provide leadership with grounded feedback on feasibility, manage dependencies and risks, and coordinate across Product, Operations/Customer Success, and Go-to-Market. You’ll work hands-on with AI agents to translate acceptance criteria into engineering throughput, write crisp specifications, and contribute to data integrations, backend, and frontend rollouts. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in technical program, delivery, or project management for software teams, are fluent with issue trackers like Linear or Jira, and are comfortable with both Scrum and Kanban; Scrum Master certification and startup-ambition traits are a plus.
