Job Summary
The Technical Project Manager at 1VALET is responsible for leading end-to-end IoT project lifecycles, managing project financials and quality, and ensuring timely project delivery. Key responsibilities include developing project plans, tracking budgets, managing multiple projects, and effective communication with various stakeholders. Candidates must have extensive experience in IoT, low voltage projects, and smart building solutions, alongside strong leadership skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. A college degree in Engineering and PMP certification are required, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience.
Required Qualifications
- College Diploma or Degree with a specialization in Engineering and a PMP Certification
- 5+ years of project management experience in low voltage and IOT projects
- 5+ years experience working in smart building solutions
- An excellent written and oral communicator who pays attention to details.
- Ability to travel to client sites often.
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual French/English is an asset
- Knowledge in Cloud based applications and SaaS.
- Certified in SALTO, ICT and CCTV systems.
- Familiarity with the HVAC industry.
- Familiarity with multi-family residential construction and ability to read blueprints.
