Job Summary
Technical & Project Management Support Professionals are needed to support a multi-disciplinary government contract spanning the full program lifecycle—from planning through closeout—across areas including program/project management, facilities, engineering, financial analysis, space planning, and IT support. Roles range from entry-level to senior, requiring active TS/SCI clearance (CI Polygraph for select positions) and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; certifications may be required for specific labor categories. Responsibilities include supporting project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting; conducting technical assessments and facility evaluations; budget analysis and audit support; space planning and real property management; production control and knowledge management; ARCHIBUS administration; AutoCAD documentation; interior design and furniture programs; IT infrastructure and project management support; and preparing briefings and status updates for senior government stakeholders. Proficiency with Office tools, AutoCAD, ARCHIBUS, and scheduling software is expected; prior federal government or intelligence community experience and related certifications (PMP, PE/EIT, CAPM) are desirable. Location includes Washington, DC area and other announced sites; some roles may contemplate overseas or contingency work; compensation is contract-based and determined by funding and candidate experience/location.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance (required at time of hire)
- CI Polygraph required for select positions; willingness to obtain if not currently held is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, architecture, business, IT, or related discipline); equivalent experience considered
- Demonstrated experience in one or more functional areas described (program/project management, facilities, engineering, IT, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare and present products to government clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, ARCHIBUS, project scheduling software
- Relevant professional certifications may be required for specific labor categories (e.g., PMP, PE/EIT, ARCHIBUS, CAPM)
- Prior experience supporting federal government or intelligence community clients
- Knowledge of federal real property regulations, facility standards, and space planning guidelines
- Experience with ARCHIBUS IWMS
- Overseas or contingency facility program experience
- Familiarity with federal budget and appropriations processes
- This position is contingent upon award of contract; team-building for upcoming project
