Job Summary
Act as the technical interface to the customer and lead all engineering activities within the project, ensuring engineering deliverables meet time, cost, and quality milestones. Lead the Engineering function review during project development gates and ensure Gate Reviews are completed first-time right. Represent the project to stakeholders including Product Engineering, Customer, Project Management, and Quality while controlling internal development budgets and reporting to management. Take care of most COEMs projects covering semi-active and active suspension systems.
Required Qualifications
- Min. 3 years in design experience with automotive business
- knowledge about passenger car requirement
- Bachelor or master's in mechanical engineering or vehicle engineering
- English:listening, speaking, reading and writing ability
- Proficiency in Pro/E and MS Office software
- Knowledge in automotive engineering
- technical calculation
- especially in chassis
- knowledge in mechanics
- shock absorber knowledge
- Strong analytical skills
- good communication abilities
- solid motivation to learn and develop one's skills concerning technical knowledge
