Technical Project Lead

Job Summary
Lead the client reporting platform initiative by applying deep SQL Server, system architecture, and BI/data visualization expertise (Spotfire, PowerBI) to analyze and manage large data sets for client analytics and reporting. Provide SME guidance to technical teams, act as business lead on client reporting platform projects (strategy, change management, demonstrations), and manage offshore data quality teams to ensure data integrity. Drive roadmap items, oversee change management and adoption of the reporting platform, provide second-level support for platform user questions, and deliver regular management reporting to senior leadership. Collaborate with Learning & Development to train existing and new users, develop technical solutions for internal/external reporting needs, and organize bi-weekly project status updates for leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree (accredited) in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Analytics or related field of study, or in lieu of Master's degree
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Analytics or related field of study and 2 years relevant work experience
- 5 years of experience in business/data analysis, project management, technical experience working with data (SQL), and technical experience with Business Intelligence tools
