Job Summary
Technical Project Lead responsible for leading the technical execution of Electrification Solutions (EES) R&D projects in Nanjing, focusing on electrical infrastructure, electrification systems, and ventilation solutions. Acts as a key technical contributor and coordinator to align with global R&D standards and support both global programs and regional project delivery. Core duties include leading design and development of electrical infrastructure (power distribution, MCC, substations), electrification systems (BESS, EV charging, power electronics), and ventilation systems (fans, motors, VFDs); ensuring compliance with Epiroc engineering standards; reviewing and validating designs; delivering projects within scope, timeline, cost, and quality targets; coordinating cross-functional collaboration; mentoring junior engineers; facilitating communication between Nanjing and global teams; participating in global design reviews; driving standardization and engineering efficiency; supporting cost reduction and localization initiatives; and promoting SHEQ and safe engineering practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 6–10 years of experience in electrical infrastructure or power systems, electrification systems (BESS, chargers, power electronics)
- Experience in R&D or product development environment
- Experience working in international or cross-regional teams preferred
- Strong electrical engineering knowledge
- Experience in system integration and industrial applications
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese
- Strong problem-solving capability
- Ability to lead technical work and support team execution
