Job Summary
The Technical Project Lead drives engineering projects for custom magnetic solutions across Aerospace, Defense, Medical, Semiconductor and Energy industries. Key responsibilities include translating customer requirements into manufacturable concepts, leading technical development projects from concept through production, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical product development. A solid understanding of materials and manufacturing processes, along with experience in project management tools and interpreting technical documentation, is essential. Knowledge of CAD systems and familiarity with engineering standards are beneficial. Language proficiency in German and English at B2-C1 levels is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or equivalent technical field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical product development, project engineering or industrial R&D.
- Experience in managing technical projects in manufacturing environments.
- Exposure to precision components, assemblies or magnetic systems.
Additional Requirements
- Experience working with international teams and customers is preferred.
