Job Summary
Seeking a Technical Project Coordinator with extensive experience in managing large-scale phone and audio-visual systems projects. The Coordinator will oversee migration projects from an aging Avaya system while modernizing A/V systems, providing analytical support and managing stakeholder communication. This is a hybrid role with a requirement for occasional local travel.
Required Qualifications
- 6 years of experience as a Technical Project Coordinator, Technical Project Lead, or Technical Project Manager
- 6 years managing phone or telephony systems projects with large scale assessment and deployment
- Experience with phone systems and audio-visual systems
Desired Qualifications
- Intermediate to advanced experience using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Advanced experience using Project Management tools (MS Project, Asana, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience with documenting requirements for infrastructure migration projects
- Demonstrated experience in phone system and A/V implementations or equivalent technology implementation and migration projects

- Must have own transportation for site visits
