Job Summary
Design and develop internal software tools and plugins to streamline and optimize business workflows. Lead project management activities using platforms to create and track projects, tasks, key dates and phases from kickoff to deployment. Collaborate with technical resources to align timelines with scope, formalize change management, and coordinate with Development and Operations teams. Manage weekly project reviews, daily status huddles, project kickoffs and retrospectives, and ensure action items are tracked and communicated to stakeholders. Serve as a central point of contact for project status and cross-functional coordination. Target annual compensation ranges from $48,000 to $94,000 based on education, experience, and demonstrated expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data, or a related field
- Familiar with software development lifecycles (SDLC)
- Proficient in Python, Java, or other mainstream programming languages
- Ability to develop and deploy automation tools
- AI practical experience preferred
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution
- Fast learner capable of mastering new technologies
