Job Summary
Technical Project Assistant in Palo Alto, CA supporting the principal with project and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include reviewing project documents, coordinating deposition preparation, preparing and sending RFIs, submittals, and change orders, communicating with attorneys, subcontractors, and internal teams, and prioritizing emails on behalf of the principal. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture, strong MS Office skills, and proven administrative support capabilities with excellent organizational and communication abilities.
