Job Summary
Technical project and program manager to lead engineering development projects for mask inspection in the RAPID division of KLA. Responsibilities include assessing risks and driving projects forward, cross-functional communication with engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and service, leading and empowering team members to achieve engineering rigor, reliability, usability, and customer focus, articulating execution plans for internal leadership and external customers, identifying bottlenecks and removing obstacles to focus on value-add activities, and organizing regular interdepartmental meetings to ensure interdependencies are understood. Roadmap development support by detailing upcoming requirement changes and resource needs. Qualifications emphasize advanced engineering or physical sciences with multi-disciplinary product management and experience in capital equipment; PMP or Agile certification is a plus.

- Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years
