Technical Project Analyst

Job Summary
Develop delivery and engineering team objectives by collaborating with technical managers and ensuring technical delivery is facilitated. Create detailed sprint plans to track progress and monitor project performance against plans, making adjustments as necessary. Ensure resolution of dependencies, manage changes in sprint scope using appropriate verification techniques, and measure project performance with relevant tools and systems. Report and escalate issues to management, identify potential risks impacting delivery, and implement mitigation plans. Facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and act as an agile coach for the team. Manage relationships with cross-functional teams and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, 3-6 years of experience in start-up product environments, and proficiency with JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field
- Experience working on Start-up Product(B2B,B2C,Saas Space)
- Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- 3-6 years of experience with any of these skills ( Developer,QA, Product or any technical stream of SDLC)
- Experience in managing projects using project management software such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master or Agile certification a plus
