Job Summary
Technical Programs Manager to oversee a portfolio of robotics and advanced manufacturing projects within ARM Institute. Hybrid role with occasional on-site work at the Pittsburgh, PA office (Hazelwood). Responsible for delivering projects on scope, on time, and on budget; managing sub-awards, budgets, and risk; coordinating industry, researchers, startups, manufacturers, and government partners; developing best practices and ensuring contract compliance. Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or physical science and 5+ years of engineering design/integration or test experience and 5+ years of project management experience; PMP/PMI certification preferred. Must be a US citizen.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or physical science or similar field required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering design, integration or test experience on a development or manufacturing program or industrial automation preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience desired
- Licensed as PMP, PMI; or equivalent preferred
