Job Summary
Technical Programming Intern responsible for modernizing global technical assets and using generative AI to streamline project design. Collaborate across Agriculture, WASH, GESI, Women’s Entrepreneurship, and Nutrition sectors; align and adapt documentation to interface with Gemini AI; configure templates and prompts for rapid, high-quality proposal writing. Support budgeting tool review and restructuring, design a cross-sector assessment tool for evaluating and designing new projects, and improve data management practices and version control. Requires strong technical writing, cross-cultural collaboration, and motivation to work across multi-sector programs in a fully remote, international development environment.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in international development, Business, Computer Science, Economics, or a related technical discipline
- Proficiency in writing technical documents
- Experience with generative AI workflows, prompt engineering, or Large Language Model (LLM) alignment (specifically Gemini AI)
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
- Ability to navigate large volumes of technical info and distill into clear, systemic logic for tool development
- Fluent in English
