Job Summary
Lead the primary program for cyber security and coordinate delivery across Workplace IT, Cyber Security, Production Operations, and Developer Experience by maintaining roadmaps, tracking dependencies, and managing risks. Act as the connective tissue between these teams, running cadences, supporting artefacts, and translating strategy into clear milestones and timelines. Get into technical detail to understand trade-offs, pressure-test plans, and unblock work through direct relationships with engineers and stakeholders. Maintain lightweight programme artefacts including roadmaps, RAID logs, and dependency maps to ensure leadership receives a clear view of progress. This hands-on role requires navigating ambiguity in fast-moving agile environments to keep multiple technical teams moving in the same direction.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in technical programme or project management, contributing to the delivery of complex programmes in a software or technology organisation
- A good technical background that allows you to hold your own in engineering, infrastructure, or security conversations and reason about technical trade-offs
- Experienced with hands-on programme and project management across multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to move fluidly between engineers and senior leaders
- Ability to build networks and drive meaningful working relationships to get things done, including in environments where you hold no formal authority
- A genuine comfort with agile ways of working, and the confidence to act with a bias toward action on incomplete information
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally, experience across one or more of Workplace IT, Cyber Security, Production Operations, or Developer Experience and platform engineering
- It would be helpful if you have a background in a fast-scaling consumer or e-commerce technology business, familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence, or relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum, or SAFe - though hands-on delivery always matters more than credentials
