Technical Program Manager - Windows Security (1 year contract)

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of Windows Security initiatives across AMD's product portfolio, managing full program lifecycles from pre-silicon planning through production release. Own cross-functional programs by collaborating with internal engineering teams, customer support, and external partners to align roadmaps, priorities, and technical deliverables. Drive completion of all required deliverables with a focus on customer quality feedback and established deadlines while identifying and escalating risks to ensure corrective actions. Manage schedules, resource forecasts, and risk/issue logs, publishing work performance data via dashboards and recurring status reports. Requires strong program management skills, technical expertise in software development and security technologies, and proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
Required Qualifications
- Proven Project & Program Management experience in dynamic and competitive industry, particularly within Software Development or Engineering based organizations
- Strong understanding of software development and security technologies
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Familiarity with software testing/verification
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Horizontal leadership/Matrix management experience
- Flexible working schedule to manage global program execution team (Asia and North America emphasis)
